Fire Dragon Dance 2014 & the 2nd Mid-Autumn Lantern Night
A huge fire dragon was created and placed at the entrance of the village for villagers to worship.

Villagers worshipped the Seven Sisters and celebrated Chinese Valentine’s Day.
This workshop was held to create a large scale fire dragon and a mini fire dragon. The making of the fire dragon was filmed.
Well-known local photographer Water Poon held an exhibition of his photos of the village. This exhibition focused public attention on the village and enhanced the public’s positive image of the village.
The first Pokfulam Village Festival had several key events and outcomes such as:
1) To commemorate October 28, 2013, the day the World Heritage Building Foundation (WMF) included Pokfulam Village in the 2014-2016 watch list. The Pokfulam Village Conservation Group named the last Sunday in October the yearsly “Pokfulam Village Festival”.
– The well-known local photographer Water Poon was invited to photograph the village for an exhibition called “Pokfulam Village Impressions”.
– Workshops were held to introduce the traditional food made by villagers, including Hakka tea, tea cakes, and chili sauce.
