This poluck event is heald yearly to develop new and positive relationships amongst villagers through collective activities. Every family makes a dish to share with everyone else. Lok Gun Yuen also shared vegetables grown in the garden.
Villagers gathered in Choi Yuen Tei and wrapped rice dumplings and cooked them over a wood fire. They shared the rice dumplings with the public and HKU student volunteers.
Used stones obtained from Choi Yuen Tei to make wood oven.

At this festival, villagers and guests gathered at Choi Yuen Tei to harvest 210 kilograms of large radishes. Villagers made radish cakes on a wood fire and shared with all visitors.
