2013 Policy Address: Loosening the development limitation for Pokfulam

In the Policy Address 2013, the development restriction on the Mid-Levels and Pokfulam area were relaxed. This abolition might lead to the rise of land value of Pokfulam village which in turn would pose a greater threat to the stability and continuance of the village.
