This poluck event is heald yearly to develop new and positive relationships amongst villagers through collective activities. Every family makes a dish to share with everyone else. Lok Gun Yuen also shared vegetables grown in the garden.
During this edition of the festival, to highlight the unique cultural value of Pokfulam Village, villagers invited ex-workers of Dairy Farm and their families to share their stories and the history of the Dairy Farm.
This workshop was held to expand the horizons of Lok Gun Yuen members through organizing workshops with external organizations.
Villagers gathered in Choi Yuen Tei and wrapped rice dumplings and cooked them over a wood fire. They shared the rice dumplings with the public and HKU student volunteers.
